Reward Points Program Overview

Earn 1% (or more*) store credit every time you place and complete an order on Better Buds.

You earn 1 Reward Points for every $1 spent on Better Buds. You can redeem 100 Reward Points for $1 store credit.

Important: You can use a maximum of $100 in reward points per order, and reward points cannot be applied to shipping costs. All bulk, wholesale, and special orders are not eligible for reward points promotions and will be rewarded with 1% on those items only. All discounts, promos, and rewards programs are designed for retail items, excluding Mix & Match and Bulk/Wholesale items as they are already discounted.

  • Simply place an order and ensure you set up an account on Better Buds to earn 1% of your previous order’s total.
    Reward points can be redeemed as store credit and can be used towards any future order on Better Buds.
  • Once your order is in Completed status, your reward points will be automatically added to your account. You can view your Reward Points balance in your Account Dashboard.

How to Redeem Your Reward Points

Redeeming your points is a simple process integrated directly into your checkout experience. Follow these steps to apply your earned rewards as store credit:

  • Sign In to Your Account: You must be logged into your account to access and redeem your available points.

  • Locate the Rewards Field: On the checkout page, look under the Order Totals section. You will find a field specifically for entering the number of reward points you wish to use.

  • Apply Your Points: Enter the desired amount of points and click Apply. Please note that 100 points = $1.00, and there is a maximum redemption limit of 1000 points ($10.00) per order.

  • Check for Coupon Conflicts: Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with coupon codes or other promotional programs.

  • Remove Coupons to Use Points: If you have already applied a coupon code, the reward points field will not be visible. To use your points, simply remove the coupon code from your cart, and the points entry field will appear.

Reward Points Program Terms & Conditions

    • Reward Points are calculated based on the total of your previous order (excluding shipping costs or discounted amount) and can be used on future orders.
    • Reward Points are not redeemable for cash or equivalent currency.
    • Maximum of $100 store credit can be applied per order.
    • Reward points cannot be applied to shipping costs - they can only be used towards the subtotal of your products.
    • Reward points cannot be redeemed for any special bulk orders and must be applied on the checkout page when logged in.
    • All bulk, wholesale, and special orders are not eligible for reward points promotions and will be rewarded with 1% on those items only.
    • All discounts, promos, and rewards programs are designed for retail items, excluding Mix & Match and Bulk/Wholesale items as they are already discounted.
    • Store credit cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
    • Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice.

*Please note that these Reward Points are offered solely at our discretion as bonus reward program for our loyal customer base and have no cash value or equivalent. We reserve the right to withhold, reduce, or revoke points at any time, without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, system glitches, suspected fraud, account irregularities, or violations of these Terms.
