By default, all orders are shipped using the 'Signature on Delivery' option to ensure your package is confirmed delivered to your address.

If the 'No Signature' option is selected during the checkout process, you are accepting the risk & complete responsibility for the delivery of the package if it is deemed as lost and/or stolen so please use carefully and if it is a must. In the very rare case that your order is lost during shipping and is shown on Canada Post as not delivered, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you after providing Canada Post enough time (1-2 weeks) to locate and deliver the initial package as random delays may occur on their system.
