Better Buds – Kief

Better Buds ensures that your order will arrive safely and securely by providing a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of the delivery of your order. By default, all orders are shipped using the 'Signature on Delivery' option to ensure your package is confirmed delivered to your address.

If the 'No Signature' option is selected during the checkout process, you are accepting the risk & complete responsibility for the delivery of the package if it is deemed as lost and/or stolen so please use carefully and if it is a must. Our delivery success rate is luckily extremely high, however issues out of our control are possible.

Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather, or other external factors that are outside of our control. Delivery delays, service disruptions, or any issues with shipping providers are not our responsibility and do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

Bulk & Mix & Match Orders: Delivery Risk cannot be guaranteed unfortunately and is at the risk of the customer and store.

In the very rare case that your order is lost during shipping and is shown on Canada Post as not delivered, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you after providing Canada Post enough time (1-2 weeks) to locate and deliver the initial package as random delays may occur on their system.
